A Union man who was arrested last June in a search of a trailer court is back in custody after authorities found him on October 29 at a house in St. Clair.

Brian R. Bell, 27, is being held at the Franklin County Adult Detention Center for failing to appear warrants for reckless and reckless driving, delivering a controlled substance, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, failing displaying plates on a motor vehicle, failure to equip a motor vehicle with tail lights, failure to equip the vehicle with a muffler, driving a motorcycle without a license, trafficking in second degree drugs, possession illegal drug paraphernalia and three counts of illegal weapon use totaling $ 25,000 in bail.

According to Franklin County Sheriff Steven Pelton, Ray allegedly took a vehicle without his consent from a house in Union, which was later located in St. Clair.

Additional units were called to the scene due to Bell’s extensive criminal history.

Two women left the residence as MPs began calling Ray using a public address system.

The women confirmed that Bell was in the residence.

The Franklin County SWAT team was activated and authorities surrounded the house until Bell left peacefully.

He was arrested without incident.

Bell was arrested on June 9 by members of the Sheriff’s Office, the SWAT team and the Union Police Department at Riverview Trailer Court.

Bell has been charged with crimes in several jurisdictions, including Union, Washington, and Sullivan.
